Privacy Policy

LeadOps is a restaurant growth operations system. This policy describes the data used when a business chooses to connect an account or uses LeadOps services.

Information we process

We process account identity and authorization data supplied by the platform, business and campaign information entered by an authorized user, and media or copy that the user has the right to provide. For a connected Gmail account, this includes the account email address, encrypted OAuth credentials, sent-message identifiers and the subject and body of replies that match a LeadOps outreach thread. We do not ask for or store platform passwords.

How Gmail data is used

LeadOps uses Gmail access only to send an operator-approved first email, find replies that belong to that email thread, display the conversation to an authorized workspace user and, when the configured safety rules are satisfied, send one reply in the same thread. Unmatched inbox messages are not saved. Message bodies and AI reply drafts are encrypted at rest and removed after the configured retention period.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide controlled outreach and content workflows, keep an audit trail of approvals, prevent repeated contact after an opt-out, and maintain service security.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the selected workflow and with a platform when an authorized user asks us to perform a platform action. OAuth credentials are encrypted. Message content is retained only for the configured conversation period; limited delivery, suppression, security or legal records may be retained longer when required.

Google API Services User Data Policy

LeadOps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

An account owner can revoke Google access in Google Account settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of service data through the data-deletion page.
