LeadOps is a restaurant growth operations system. This policy describes the data used when a business chooses to connect a social account or uses LeadOps services.

Information we process

We process account identity and authorization data supplied by the platform, business and campaign information entered by an authorized user, and media or copy that the user has the right to provide. We do not ask for or store platform passwords.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide human-reviewed content and publishing workflows, keep an audit trail of approvals, prevent repeated contact after an opt-out, and maintain service security.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the selected workflow and with a platform when an authorized user asks us to perform a platform action. We retain information only as long as needed for the service, audit, legal, or security purpose.

Your choices

An account owner can revoke platform access in the platform's settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of service data through the data-deletion page.
