Terms of Service

Effective: August 1, 2026

LeadOps provides workflow tools for restaurant marketing operations. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and to connect any platform account or provide any media.

Human approval

LeadOps is designed for human-reviewed work. A user is responsible for approving external messages, creative, publishing, advertising budgets, and platform actions before they are executed.

Content rights

You must provide only content that you own, have licensed, or have explicit permission to use. Reference content may be analyzed for structure and creative learning; it is not permission to copy, re-upload, or publish another party's work.

Platform rules and outreach

You must comply with the rules of each connected platform and applicable law. The service must not be used for deceptive outreach, unsolicited bulk messaging, evasion of platform controls, or unapproved automated publishing.

Suspension

We may restrict a workflow where we reasonably believe it violates these terms, a platform policy, a legal requirement, or another person's rights.
